职位描述:
工作职责/Job Responsibility
1. 收集客户或销售提出的技术投诉;
Collecting technical complaints from customers or sales;
2. 整理、记录并跟踪客户技术投诉;
Organizing, recording and following up with customer technical complaints;
3. 直接解答客户问题;
Responding directly to customer questions (according to ability);
4. 协调技术部门与其他服务团队及时提供解决方案并跟踪解决;
Coordinating technical department and other service support department to provide solution proposal and follow-up.
工作要求/Job Requirement
1. 熟悉机械装配,懂技术;
Be familiar with mechanical assembling;
2. 有一定英语听说读写能力
With good English conmmunication skill
3. 熟练操作Excel, Word, PPT办公软件;
Be familiar with Excel, Word, PPT and related office softwares;
4. 良好的沟通技能;
Good communication ability;
5. 团队合作精神。
